We provide a complete science-based approach to building well-rounded and high-performing athletes. This includes developing all aspects of athletic ability: strength, speed/power, and injury prevention. GTS also strives to develop the attitude, work ethic, discipline, and pride of the athlete to not only improve the athlete for sports and for life.

Adult Fitness

We strongly believe that everyone is an athlete no matter their age. This is why our adult fitness program is based on the same concepts that drive our sports performance program. No matter your age, goals, or injury history we will develop an individualized program based on your needs to help you live a healthier and STRONGER life.

Fast Start

Our fast start program is for athletes aged 8-12. Fast Start is meant to introduce young athletes to basic movement patterns and introduce them to training while being in a fun and competitive environment. There is plenty of research that promotes children participating in a structured performance training program.
